Kyneton is 85km north west of Melbourne on the Calder Freeway (less then 1hour from the CBD) and is an ideal base to explore Central Victoria.


Kyneton was founded in the 1850's and still has many of its historical buildings.  It served as a supply stop for those on the way to the gold fields.  Today its a thriving country town with a population of 7000.


Stop for a few days and explore.
